Our state-of-the-art equipment offers the latest generation of electronics and yarn quality checks including, tensile/elongation, on-line denier control, gravimetric blending, color cameras and UV weather meter.
Backing checks include lube, roll-up, delamination, tuft bind, weaving pics and weaving weights.
Turf checks include set-up, pile height, tuft bind, weights, quality of cuts and roll-ups.
